Beautifully decorated hotel, staff always efficient. Fresh made breakfast, a wide range of meals. Perfect, magnificent location in Shanklin, adjacent to Newport, Ryde and Sandown and great pubs. Very pleasant experience, right place for a wedding celebration.

The venue is pleasant and perfect. The king room is new-fashioned and has central heating, iron/ironing board, and TV. Good, absolutely superb breakfasts, everyone can find something. Great and unbeatable location, the hotel is minutes away from a bus stop. Need to add that there's lots of restaurants to choose from, like Amici, located within 15 minutes walk or so.

There were good beds and central heating, iron/ironing board and TV inside the room. The breakfast offered variety of gorgeous meals. That hotel was in a perfect location, close enough to still feel like the seaside. Plus, it was right by shops and bus stop outside.

The room is well decorated and spotless with tea making facilities.

The staff at the hotel were excellent - very friendly and helpful. The rooms and en suite facilities were clean and comfortable. The hotel had a charming and cozy atmosphere and the breakfast was very tasty.

The shower rooms were quite small, making it difficult to move around comfortably. The breakfast portion sizes were a bit small, with limited options for juice and cereal.

I greatly enjoyed the place, its freshly cooked and above average breakfast.

Food was lovely and I have nothing but really really nice memories from this trip. The property was fairly clean with outstandingly accommodating and accommodating staff. The location was great and unbeatable, for example, a miniature golf course was just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel.

I loved the location that was very central and near to restaurants, and old town, town centre or beach. Everything was excellent, yet a few employees were relaxed. The breakfast was above average, had lots of food.

We spent 2 nights in airy and cheap double room with high window. The location was marvellous and absolutely perfect, with restaurants and pubs close to the hotel. We could drink something at The Village Inn Restaurant, located 1 km away.
